As a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) based in Bristol we can arrange a time of appointment to suit your needs. If your keys are held with a local agent we will pick them up for you. Evenings or weekend appointments (including Sundays) are often more convenience for you and that is fine with us too and at no additional cost. Your EPC is posted to you but we can also email it to you and/or your agent.
Your Domestic Energy Assessor will be accredited with Elmhurst Energy which means she will be fully CRB checked and insured. For that added peace of mind Elmhurst Energy also monitors the work of their accredited DEAs (our most recent feedback on 26th August 2009 was 'a good survey and supporting evidence and accompanying photographs').
